2. Good communication skills
3. Applicant must be a citizen of Nigeria
4. Possess a minimum of WASC/SSCE/NECO in not more than two sittings with 5 credit passes including English and Mathematics.
5. Applicant must not be less than 22 years or more than 40 years of age
