The reality star debuted super bright, neon yellow highlighter hair for the desert music and arts festival this year — and yes, it IS that bright!

Last year, Kylie rocked three different colors on her head — a peach tone (which we absolutely love), a pastel rainbow mixture of pink, blue and purple, and a gray-purple hue.
