Tekno Disqualified from Headies Award

The Triple MG Singer Tekno, whom despite his success in 2016, even with the hit song “pana”, was recently disqualified from the headies next rated award nomination.

The Organizers of the events said Tekno’s was disqualified for having to fail to participate in any of the mandatory and pre-award and events, engagements and activities which includes interviews, campaign photo shoots and the rest; As Nominees are expected to do so.

Recall that Tekno had earlier rubbished The Headies category as he implied to have been nominated in the wrong category.

Tekno’s disqualification now leaves such artistes as Aramide, Mr Eazi, Humblesmith and Ycee with the chance to battle the contest.
