After the death of James St. Patrick with street name “Ghost” then comes Power Book II. It tells the story of how Ghost picks up the narrative just a few days after the shattering events that happened at the grand finale of Power.

Tariq son of James St. Patrick picks up his long heart desires to continue with his father’s legacy and even become a better and tougher drug dealer than his father. But first, he has to save his family from falling apart.

He has been made to go to school by his father before getting his fair share of his property. But in school, he won’t be able to save his mother from going to jail. His mother Tasha is facing charges for the murder of her husband which he did. He now has to look for a way to get out of school, save his mother and family, and become the drug lord he wants to be.

After the last release of Power in February 2020, it was announced that there will be a spin-off called Power Book II later on in the year. And the release date was confirmed to be September 6. Already 1 episode of it has been released on the Starz network.   Subsequent episodes will be released at weekly intervals.
