World First Rotating Skyscraper To Be Erected In Dubai

Dubai plans to take your 360-degree experience far beyond video by building the world’s first ever rotating skyscraper by 2020.

Dubai has gained for itself position as one of the advanced places under the surface of the earth. The innovative city in the United Arab Emirates, already houses highly designed architectural structures including the tallest skyscraper  you can find in the world.

And now the city has plan already set to position the innovative World First Rotating Skyscraper. The “Dynamic Tower,” which is making headlines now, was proposed in 2008 by Israeli-Italian architect David Fisher of Dynamic Architecture Group, and is designed to feature 80 rotating stories (movable floors independently rotating and operating at the desire & control of their residents). Guess this will be producing insanely cool views.

The 80-story rotating skyscraper, otherwise known as the “Dynamic Tower” will come with awesome features which will enable residents easy control over the building. The voice activated commands, will enable them adjust the speed of the rotation, command the unit start or stop rotating. And as well, they could determine for the building to rotate or move with the sun. This way, the residents can enjoy beautiful site of sunrises and sunsets, just from the comfort of their futuristic erection – but guess what? Each unit resident is costing 30 million!

In accordance with the design and plan, the Dynamic Tower with exception to the core, would be pre-fabricated (this means the units would be built & assembled off site and then attached to the stationary core. This fabricated means & move would not only speed up the construction process, but would also decrease overall costs, as well as employ less labor.

Interestingly, with the two-foot gap between each floor, wind turbines will be able to power the building and even provide additional power for neighbors. This way the residents wouldn’t have to pay for electricity.

Guess this great innovation would be putting the Dubai city in any map
