How to Sign Up Zoom Account

  • Go to official Zoom Sign Up Page @ https://zoom.us/signin Or Click Here
  • Enter your Working Email
  • Click on the Sign-Up blue button
  • Proceed to complete the registration

Zoom log in my Account

  • To log in, go to http:https://zoom.us/signin
  • Enter your short username or email and the password.
  • Click on theSign In button

Zoom Account Login with SSO

  1. Click Here to login in
  2. Click Log in with SSO.
  3. Under the Enter, your company domain prompt, type CU boulder into the text field and
  4. Click Continue.
  5. After clicking the Sign In with SSO button you may see the option to Find the company domain by email address, which will not work with CU Boulder’s license.
  6. Instead, click the Manually enter domain link below the text field to get to the manual entry page
    A web browser window will appear prompting you for your Federated Identity
  7. Service credentials. Enter your identity and associated password, then click Continue.
  8. The full Zoom application will then open and you are now ready to use your Pro account.

Note: To check and set audio and video options, click the Settings button.

Zoom Basic accounts provide the following features:

  • 1 host
  • 40 mins limit on group meetings
  • Host up to 50 participants
  • Unlimited number of meetings
  • Unlimited meeting duration for 1 to 1 meeting
  • To utilize a Zoom Basic account, log in to https://zoom.us/ with your Bates
  • Network Username and Password.

Zoom Pro accounts provide the following features:

  1. Up to 9 hosts
  2. Unlimited meeting duration for all meeting sizes
  3. Host up to 50 participants
  4. Unlimited number of meetings
  5. Unlimited meeting duration for 1 to 1 meeting

To utilize a Zoom Pro account, log in to https://zoom.us with your Bates Network Username and Password and create a Zoom Basic account. To upgrade to a Zoom Pro account, please contact the IT Help Desk with your request.

  • Up to 100 live hosts, panelists, and attendees
  • Unlimited webinar duration
  • Unlimited number of webinars
  • HD Video and Premium Audio
