Saturday Night Live is taking on Pepsi‘s controversial commercial in the latest episode!
On the show tonight (April 8), the sketch show made fun of the director’s concept behind the protest-themed commercial starring Kendall Jenner.
Before they started filming the commercial, the director chats on the phone about his idea for the commercial, but is told by multiple people that it is not a good commercial.
The day after the commercial aired and faced tons of backlash, Pepsi pulled it off the air and apologized for “missing the mark.”
